We want you to love your sleep — and your pillow.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-night, risk-free trial. Sleep on it, test it out, and if it’s not the right fit, we’ll make it right.


How it Works

Return Window: You have 30 nights from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: To be eligible, the pillow must be in gently used condition (no stains, damage, or strong odors).

Refund Method: Once we receive your return, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.


How to Start a Return

Just email our support team at thebeddingfactoryteam@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return (for feedback on how we can improve). We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.


What Can’t Be Returned

Items returned after 30 nights

Products that show excessive wear, damage, or are not in good condition

Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
